Ingredients
6 Small-Medium Strawberries
1 Medium-Large Banana
100g Natural Yogurt
1/3 Cup of Muesli (any kind)
1 tbsp Honey
1 Cup of Milk (Full Cream, Soy or Almond)
1 Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
Pouring the natural yogurt into the blender
Ready to blend
Method
Wash strawberries for 30 seconds, and then chop off the leaves and place strawberries in the blender.
Peel banana, chop in half and then place in the blender.
Scoop out half a 200g tub of yogurt, and then place in the blender.
Place ice cream and pour milk in the blender.
Pour Muesli into the blender.
Serve desired tablespoon of honey at the top of the other ingredients inside the blender.
NB: If you're using a squeeze pack of honey, place the package upside down inside the blender, open the lid and count to five. The same amount of honey will usually come out.
Ensuring that the blender lid is on and blender is turned on at the mains, blend for 60 seconds on medium-high range. There is no need to worry about the ice.
Pour mixture into each glass counting to ten each time. A great drink to enjoy if you have a breakfast bar (as pictured) or anywhere. If taking away, a mobile cup is ideal.
