Orange- banana combination makes it more refreshing and delicious. This will increase the nutritional benefits also.
Finally comes yogurt which is the most important ingredient in a smoothie. You can also add flavoured yogurt.

Ingredients 2 orange
3/4 cup yogurt
1/4 cup sugar
Peel the orange and remove the white layer and put it in a blender. Cut the banana into pieces. Add it to the blender. Then add 3 tbsp sugar and blend well to a smooth paste. Transfer it into a bowl.
Then peel the avocado. Put it in a blender. Add 1/4 cup yogurt and a little sugar into it. Blend to a smooth cream.
Then add avocado puree into a serving glass. Add remaining yogurt on top of it. Then add the orange-banana mix.
