This is a vegetarian recipe for spaghetti, tofu and vegies.
Feel free to use any vegies you like!
This is my version using whatever I had on hand!
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients
One head of Broccoli
One brown onion
100grms ready to eat tofu
Added one red capsicum
Spaghetti
Pasta sauce
Method
Boil the pasta on the stove for 10 minutes
Chop all vegies and tofu and place in pan with pasta sauce
Cook vegies,tofu and sauce for 10 minutes then add drained spaghetti
Cook for further 10 minutes then serve
