Tofu Soy Salad
With Meat Free Week coming up on March 24th, it's time to start the vegetarian recipes!

Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
1 cup of chopped lettuce leaves
100 grams of cooked tofu
1 small onion
1/2 capsicum
1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon set soy sauce
Method
Chop tofu, onion and capsicum, lettuce should be chopped also.
Place veggies in a bowl with the tofu.
Add sweet soy sauce and sesame oil.
Enjoy!
