A good fry up is a traditional start to the day, but this one is slightly different from your Full English. It is a good 'all day breakfast' that can also be enjoyed at lunch or tea.

Ingredients
2 smoked mackerel fillets
3-4 small salad tomatoes
1 spring onion
1 small brown onion
40 g Haloumi cheese
1 tsp coconut oil
Method
Dice the onion and spring onion and start frying in coconut oil.
Slice the tomatoes and Haloumi, and stir in.
Flake the mackerel, then stir in.
Stir until the onions and Haloumi have turned golden brown, and serve.
