Ingredients
170g cherry tomatoes
70g onion
30g plain wholemeal flour
20g grated parmesan
¼ tsp oregano
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 200 ༠C/ 180 ༠C fan/400 ༠F/6 Gas.
Blitz all the ingredients together in a food processor.
Strain all the liquid out of the mixture.
Roll up into tablespoon size balls.
