Tortilla chips are usually considered a Mexican snack, but they were in fact invented in Los Angelas during the 1940s to use up rejected tortillas on the production line.
Traditionally tortilla chips are made using corn tortillas, and deep fried. Here is a healthier vetsion, which uses flour tortillas, baked in an oven.
Tasty on their own, they also go well dipped in
guacamole.

Ingredients
3 mini flour tortillas
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp celery salt
Method
Pre-heat oven to 180 ༠C/ 160 ༠C fan/ 375 ༠F/ 5 Gas.
Using scissors, cut the tortillas into 32 triangles.
Mix the remaining ingredients together.
Coat the triangles in the oil mix and bake for 10 minutes.
