A lighter way to enjoy pizza.

Ingredients
2 mini soft flour wholemeal tortillas
150 g tinned tomatoes
150 g tinned borlotti beans
1 tsp oregano
50 g spinach leaves
40 g Red Leicester (or preferred cheese)
1 slice wafer thin ham
4 button mushrooms
Method
Pre-heat oven to 200 ༠C/180 ༠C fan/375༠F/6 Gas.
Mix together the tinned tomatoes, borlotti beans, oregano, and spinach.
Spread equally over the two tortillas.
Tear up the ham and place on top of one tortilla, them tear up the mushrooms and place on the other tortilla.
Grate the cheese and sprinkle half over each tortilla.
Bake in the oven for 7 minutes.
