Ingredients 1 large tin tuna in springwater
200 g mushrooms, sliced
½ onion, chopped
400 g tin tomatoes
1 tsp sugar
Bit of celery, sliced
Bit of chilli paste - optional
60 g olives, sliced - optional
About ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
About 100 g spaghetti of choice
Boil the water and cook the spaghetti as per packet instructions.
Meanwhile fry the onions in a wok with some oil.
Add the mushrooms, sugar, olives, parsley, tomatoes and celery.
Cook for about 5 minutes and then add the drained tuna. Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes until the liquid has thickened or evaporated slightly.
Strain the spaghetti, and add to the wok.
Serve and top with grated Parmesan.
