This is a simple recipe with just two ingredients. It is so quick to make too. For this recipe I had a little less chocolate than the recipe said to use, so mine has too many Oreos. Well actually is there such a thing as too many Oreos?

Oreo bark ready to eat
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Serves:
Ingredients
285 white chocolate chips
15 regular size Oreos
Method
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place chocolate in a microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 1 minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
If the chocolate isn’t completely melting then place it back into the microwave for a further 30 seconds. Stir again until completely melted.
Next add the Oreos to a ziplock bag and seal removing all the air. Roll over the bag with a rolling pin to turn the Oreos into a nice crumb. It is ok if there are some large chunks.
Pour the Oreos into the white chocolate. Stir to combine.
Pour mixture into prepared baking tray. Use a spatula to smooth out the top.
Chill for about 10 minutes until chocolate becomes solid.
Take the bark out of the tray and cut bark into pieces.
with a knife.
You can eat this as is for a sweet snack, or place a piece on top of ice cream or dessert. Store any unused bark in the fridge.
