Just had this breakfast raw juice of beetroot carrot apple mint & ginger, I know it looks more like a smoothie, but I think my apples were overripe & so less crunchy, more slushy we need to be consumed ASAP texture, so my juice turned out to have more of a smoothie like consistency, but I’m not mad.
Follow this juice with a few bunches of black grapes and you've given your body a cleansing, energising, wakening start to the day! Enjoy this little breakfast with all it's nutritional properties like I have!

Makes: 1 servings
Ingredients
2 carrots,
2 apples
1 small beetroot bulb
A cube of ginger
A small bunch of fresh mint
Three bunches of black grapes
Method
Chop all ingredients, aside from the grapes, into juicer-sized pieces.
Pass all ingredients, aside from the grapes, through a juicer in the following order:
Pour into a glass and drink immediately (the enzymes are 'alive' at this point).
After your lovely juice have a bunch of black grapes, they have the highest amount of antioxidants out of all the grape varieties, so chow down.
