The quickest bliss balls you'll ever make.

Did you know peanut butter is made up of about 30% protein?

Or that wholegrains like rolled oats are as important for health as fruit and vegetables?

These protein- and fibre-rich treats are satisfying...and just sweet enough.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 12 servings

Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 heaped cup coconut flour
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons cacao nibs (or chocolate chips)
1/2 cup coconut cream
1 tablespoon honey
A few drops vanilla

Method

Nutritious ingredients

  • In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.


  • Add the wet ingredients and mix into a dough.
  • Roll dessert-spoonfuls into balls and keep in the fridge.
