Ingredients
1 banana
Half a cup of almond milk
5 tblsp of oatbran
Chia seeds
Goji berries

Required Ingredients
Method
Put the banana in the oven at 170 degrees (between gas mark 4 and 5) for 15 minutes.
Pour yourself enough oatbran to satisfy your appetite and add milk.
Put in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Remove and add half a tsp of chia seeds.
Remove the banana from the oven, slice in half an sprinkle a few goji berries.

Baked banana with goji berries
Breakfast is served.
