This recipe is dairy free but won't leave you missing out. My boyfriend who is not vegan said it tasted better than regular sour cream!

Makes: 1 large bowl
Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews
1/2 c water
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp sea salt
Method
Place the cashews in a bowl with the water and leave to soak for at least one hour.
Once soaked add nuts to a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend until you have a smooth consistency. Add more water as needed.
Pour into a bowl and place in the fridge to firm up.
