Vegetable Pulao
is all time favourite and very healthy dish. Easy to cook and it tastes delicious.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Servings: 3-4
Ingredients[Image3]
1 cup long grain Basmati rice
2 finely chopped green chillies
1 sliced onion
4-5 finely chopped French beans
Green peas
Cauliflower
Finely chopped coriander
5-6 curry leaves
1 tsp Jeera
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp oil
1 tsp garam masala
Cashew nuts and raisins to garnish
Method
Take 1 cup basmati rice and wash it thoroughly.
Cook the rice in rice cooker or pressure cooker.
Heat the oill in a pan and add the Jeera, curry leaves and green chillies.
Add the sliced onion and stir until it turns golden brown in colour.
Add the French beans, green peas and cauliflower.
Cook until they become a little soft.
Add the turmeric powder.
Add the cooked rice to the vegetables in the pan.

Then add the garam masala and salt to taste.
Mix it thoroughly and garnish it with coriander and dry cashew nuts and raisins.
Serve it hot with curd.
