Wavy Galaxy Bark

It's a nice treat for anyone with a sweet tooth. Utilizing chocolate, colours, and beautiful patterns this dessert is fun to eat and to look at.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 120 minutes
Serves: 18-20

Ingredients
1 bag chocolate chips
2 bags white chocolate chips
Food colouring
Toothpick

Method
  • Pour the chocolate chips into three separate bowls.
  • Melt the contents of each bowl.
  • Add food dye to the bowls containing melted white chocolate, and mix the contents together to create new colours.

  • Cover a baking sheet with wax paper and proceed to pour and spread the melted chocolate evenly over the wax paper.
  • Pour the bowls containing the coloured white chocolate overtop of the bottom layer of chocolate unevenly.

  • Using a toothpick, mix the layers of chocolate together.

  • Freeze for two hours.
  • Break apart.
