This is a zesty spin on a classic favourite, a healthy beef stir fry combined with worcestershire and sweet chilli sauce. You can whip it up in under half an hour, which makes it perfect for a quick healthy weeknight meal.
The vegetables can be cooked to your liking and you won't need to stock up on soy sauce.
Ingredients 500g beef strips
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
6 snow peas
Small section of red cabbage
Sweet chilli sauce
Put rice on to cook per packet instructions.
Warm olive oil in the fry pan (or wok if you have one), then brown beef strips (about 8 minutes).
Cut ends off carrot and zucchini, then in half and slice into strips. Cut red cabbage into small pieces.
Place in fry pan or wok along with browned beef and snow peas. Cook until vegetables are done to your satisfaction and beef is cooked (about 7 more minutes) and add Worcestershire sauce and sweet chilli sauce to taste (I used about 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and 1 teaspoon of sweet chilli sauce).
