What are some of your favourite Italian recipes

I grew up on Italian food, pizza, spaghetti, and lasagna, all of that kind of stuff. Despite this, I never really learned how to cook Italian food. My wife has never been a fan, but I would like to introduce some Italian cuisine into our repertoire. I’m looking for some succulent dishes that will entice my wife and satisfy my craving. What would you suggest?
