White Chocolate Caramel Cups

These super sweet little treasures are definately a sometimes food. They would make a great party treat or a special little dessert. My kids loved these.

If you are making the caramel (by boiling condensed milk in a can) you will need to add about 2 hrs of cooking time.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes, 2 hrs if making the caramel
Makes: 12 servings


Ingredients
2 cups of white chocolate melts
1/4 can of caramel or top 'n' fill
Hundreds and thousands or crushed nuts

Method
  • Line a small hole muffin tin with small patty cases.
  • Melt 1 cup of the white chocolate melts over boiled water.
  • Then spoon melted chocolate into patty cases and push it around so it coats the bottom and sides well.



  • Refridgerate for 10-15 mins until the chocolate has hardened.
  • Start to melt the other cup of melts. Whilst waiting, spoon in a small amount of caramel into each of the cups.



  • Spoon the melted chocolate over the caramel to make a lid. Sprinkle with hundreds and thousands or crushed nuts whilst the chocolate is still warm.



  • Refridgerate for approximately 20-30 mins or until chocolate hardens.
  • They are ready to serve.
