White Cranberry Slice
This is an easy no-bake slice full of walnuts, white chocolate and dried cranberries. It is sweet and delicious, quite similar to fudge. Try using different kinds of nuts and dried fruit, whatever you prefer with your morning tea.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 4 hours to set in the refrigerator

Ingredients
140 g white chocolate melts
110 g butter, chopped
250 g plain biscuits
395 g can condensed milk
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped coarsely
1/3 cup dried cranberries
Method
Grease and line a 20 cm x 20 cm square slice pan or similar.
In a food processor, chop the biscuits until they form a crumb, it is ok if a few small pieces remain.
Put the crumb mixture into a large mixing bowl, add the walnuts and cranberries then combine with a spoon.
In a medium saucepan, pour in the condensed milk and add the butter and chocolate.
Over a very low heat, melt the chocolate and butter with the milk until it has reached a smooth consistency. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
Add the condensed milk mixture to the biscuit crumbs and mix until completely incorporated.
Pour evenly into the prepared slice pan.
Refrigerate for 3 - 4 hours, remove from pan and slice into squares.
