Snacks generally make my working day bearable - here's a protein rich snack for everyone - even those on a GF diet.

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 8 servings

Ingredients
200g of Almonds
250g Greek yogurt
Splash of olive oil

Method

Required ingredients


  • Roast almonds

  • Add the almonds to the Greek yogurt and mix, ensuring each nut is coated in yogurt.

  • Remove the nuts from the yogurt using a fork, and put them in the freezer for 3 hours.

  • Store in an airtight container and eat with peanut butter.
